2. What we process
- Order data: name, address, email, phone, products. We never see your full card number.
- Account data if you register: login and order history.
- Support messages by email or WhatsApp.
- Website use such as IP address and pages visited, where analytics is enabled.
3. Why
- Contract: to process, ship and invoice your order, and handle returns.
- Legal duty: keep administration for the tax authority (7 years).
- Legitimate interest: support, fraud prevention and security.
4. Who we share with
We never sell your data. We share it only with carriers (PostNL, DHL), Stripe or Mollie, hosting, and our accountant, under processing agreements where required.
5. How long
Invoices for 7 years. Account data while the account is active, then at most 2 years. Support mail at most 2 years after the case is closed.
6. Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. Email [email protected]. You can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
7. Cookies
Functional cookies keep the cart working. Analytics cookies, if enabled in admin, measure site use. You can block cookies in your browser.
