1. Definitions
Trader: Goed Gekozen, De Grote Pekken 342, 3901 JM Veenendaal, Nederland, KvK 91418461, VAT NL004889850B32, [email protected]. Consumer: a natural person not acting in a trade or business.
2. Offer and price
Prices include VAT and are set on our server at checkout. Obvious mistakes in the offer do not bind us. Delivery in the Netherlands is free. We only ship within the Netherlands.
3. Contract and payment
The contract is formed when you accept the offer and we confirm it by email after payment. You pay through Stripe or Mollie (for example iDEAL, cards, PayPal, Google Pay or Apple Pay when the provider offers them). We do not store card numbers.
4. Delivery
Orders placed on working days before 15:00 are shipped the same day with PostNL or DHL and usually arrive the next working day. We fulfil accepted orders within 30 days. Risk stays with us until delivery.
5. Withdrawal
You may cancel within 14 days after you receive the product, without giving a reason. Return shipping is at your cost. We refund within 14 days of your notice, and may wait until we receive the goods. Sealed hygiene products, including shapewear and intimate clothing, cannot be returned once the seal is broken.
6. Legal guarantee
Products must match the contract. If something arrives damaged or defective, contact support. This is separate from the 14-day withdrawal right.
